Dori Kelner

Dori is co-founder and Lead Strategist has 30 years of consulting experience in information technology management. She holds a Bachelors degree in government from Cornell University and a Masters degree in information management and marketing from the University of Maryland. Her experience covers a broad range of implementations, including library automation, survey research, interface design, and data warehouse development. Dori led the development of large-scale collaborative websites and portals for many government clients prior to founding SoH. Previously Dori worked at Westat, Inc., Teradata, National Opinion Research Center, and AOL.

Larry Hugg

Larry is co-founder and Lead Imagician, having moved comfortably between the creative, business, and technical worlds throughout his 30 year career. Educated at the University of Virginia in human behavior and medicine, Larry has successfully operated two photography studios, designed and programmed software, written software documentation, designed and managed large LAN/WAN networks for the travel industry, and placed a billion-dollar travel company on the web in the early days of the Internet. Mr. Hugg earned the coveted Certified Information Systems Security Professional designation in 2003. Larry applies creative and technology solutions to communication and marketing issues every day. Larry has previously worked at SatoTravel and Microstrategy.
